HRIS Solutions Lead (SAP SuccessFactors) - 14-month Fixed Term Contract

Liverpool (2 Days Per Week) - Basic Salary up to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits

Hays are currently supporting a highly reputable organisation in Liverpool, who are seeking an experienced HRIS Solutions Lead to take ownership of their SAP SuccessFactors environment during an exciting period of ongoing transformation and enhancement.

This role will serve as maternity cover, running until December 2027 (minimum) with the possibility of extension. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing, integrating, developing and continuously improving the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it supports efficient HR operations, exceptional employee experiences, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape
  • Manage HR systems integrations and third-party relationships
  • Own the HRIS roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand and deliver system requirements
  • Ensure high levels of data integrity, reporting capability and operational effectiveness
  • Support system upgrades, releases, testing and change activities

What We're Looking For

  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across multiple modules
  • Previous experience leading or managing an HRIS function, platform or roadmap
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills (including with SI's)
  • Experience delivering HR technology improvements and system enhancements
  • A passion for maximising the value of HR systems and workforce data
