About Us

We’re Nominet – a world-leading domain name registry operating at the heart of the UK internet. While we're best known for running .UK domains, our DNS expertise also underpins critical internet infrastructure that government services, including the NHS, rely on. As a public benefit company, our work has a positive impact on society. We’ve donated millions to projects that use technology to improve people’s lives and have committed to delivering £60m worth of support over the next three years.

The Role

This role will support the technical delivery of our HR Transformation programme as we implement a new HRIS into Nominet. Working with key stakeholders you will support the development of Nominet's people technology, workforce data and analytics capability, ensuring HR systems, automation, reporting and digital solutions enable efficient service delivery, trusted workforce insight and data-driven decision making across the organisation.

The role requires someone proactive, organised and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills, commercial judgement and a continuous improvement mindset. It also requires someone who can see the bigger picture, reduce repeat demand and use our processes, guidance and digital channels to provide the best employee and manager experience

What You'll Be Doing

HRIS Implementation & Optimisation

  • Lead HRIS delivery, configuration and optimisation.
  • Manage system roadmap during the duration of the project and enhancement backlog.
  • Work with suppliers on future functionality and releases impacting delivery.
  • Lead workflow design and automation.
  • Manage integrations between HRIS, payroll and other business systems.
  • Lead testing, deployment and release management.
  • Resolve HRIS issues and maintain documentation during the implementation.
  • In conjunction with the Change lead, deliver system change projects and adoption activity and practices, ensuring they are future-fit, culturally aligned, inclusive, legally compliant and best practice led.
  • Maintain controlled, version-approved HR guidance and knowledge content so self-service and future AI-enabled support remain accurate, consistent, inclusive and legally compliant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
