Description

We're looking for a hands-on HRIS Product Manager to join our global People Team and become the technical expert behind our People technology ecosystem.

This is not a traditional HR role. We're looking for someone who enjoys configuring systems, solving technical challenges, improving processes, managing integrations, and turning people data into meaningful business insights.

You'll own and optimise our People technology landscape, including HiBob, Cornerstone, and Pinpoint, while acting as the trusted adviser to the wider People Team.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimise our HR technology ecosystem.
  • Configure, enhance, and support HR systems and workflows.
  • Lead system improvements, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to automate and streamline People processes.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and workforce insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
  • Provide hands-on systems support, guidance, and training to users globally.

Cornerstone LMS

A key part of this role will be supporting and evolving our learning technology landscape.

Cornerstone experience is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.

We're looking for someone who combines strong systems expertise with a passion for data.

You'll

  • Build dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Support workforce planning, talent, learning, and performance reporting.
  • Help leaders make better decisions through trusted people data.
  • Drive improvements in reporting standards and data quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on HRIS or People Systems experience.
  • Experience configuring and optimising enterprise HR platforms.
  • Strong reporting and analytics capability.
  • Experience with HR technology projects, implementations, or migrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
