HRIS Project Manager – HRIS
Location: London (Hybrid: up to 3 days/week WFH)
Type: Full-time (35 hrs/week with core hours)
The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead end-to-end, change-driven technology implementations across the company. Sitting within the Projects Office, you will drive major HR systems delivery—managing data migration, system integration, and process redesign from initial business case through to post-go-live BAU handover.

- Project Delivery: Scope, plan, and execute multiple parallel projects, managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and senior stakeholder reporting.
- HRIS Implementation: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to roll out and optimize core HR technology.
- Change Management: Lead business analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), communication plans, and stakeholder engagement to embed long-term adoption.
- Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee third-party suppliers, monitor SLAs, and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure tight delivery deadlines are met.

Requirements
- Proven track record in end-to-end project management and business analysis, specifically across HRIS implementations.
- Strong change management background with a focus on demonstrating project ROI.
- Exceptional stakeholder, vendor, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and numerical proficiency.
- Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support during key project milestones.
