HRIS Reporting Analyst - £500 p/d inside IR35

Our client is looking for a HR reporting analyst to create a number of custom reports as they move from one HRIS system to another. They have identified numerous leadership reports that are not mapping to the new system (SuccessFactors), so need re-writing. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical staff to deliver accurate, insightful and scalable reporting that supports the businesses strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom reports and dashboards
  • Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Translate business needs into effective reporting solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR reporting outputs
  • Provide guidance and support to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the design and build of custom reports and dashboards
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Background in working within professional services or consulting is a bonus
  • Experience building reports and dashboards across other platforms is advantageous
