About us
We're The HR Fixers — an HR systems consultancy that lives and breathes SAP SuccessFactors. We're growing, and we're on the hunt for another great specialist to join the team.
Role overview:
You'll be the person who makes SuccessFactors work — configuring it, fixing it, improving it, and helping clients get real value out of it. You'll work closely with HR teams, IT and project stakeholders, turning messy data and clunky processes into something people can rely on.
What you’ll do:
- Support SuccessFactors projects from first implementation through to day-to-day maintenance, across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation, and Learning
- Map out "as-is" and "to-be" processes and help redesign them
- Cleanse, map, validate and migrate HR data from legacy systems
- Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions and data models
- Take control over UAT and go-live activities such as create test scenarios, test steps and cut over plans
- Track down and fix system issues, working with vendors when needed
- Write documentation and user guides that people can follow without a translator
- Run training sessions for HR users and stakeholders
- Build reports and dashboards people actually use
- Manage system updates and releases
- Help clients understand how their data structures support HR processes and compliance (like GDPR)
- Become a genuinely trusted part of the client's team — not just an outside vendor

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
