About Us

At The HR Fixers, we’re passionate about making HR and other business functions work better. We help organisations transform the way modern workforce operates, through pragmatic, people-centred transformation. We specialise in helping organisations navigate, build and elevate the full potential of their data, processes and technology.

We are on a journey of growth and due to rapid business growth, we are looking to fulfil this role. We have team members across the North West, West Midlands and London.

Role overview

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed and hands-on HR System & Data Specialist to join our growing team.

This role will focus on ensuring clean, structured, and high-quality data is at the heart of every system implementation, integration, and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with HR, IT, end-users and project teams to improve data integrity, facilitate data cleanse, map system processes, support testing, and ensure HR data enables better decisions, compliance, and employee experience.

What you’ll do

  • Support client with their SuccessFactors system implementation on various modules ensuring the data, process and systems integrations are designed, built and implemented properly, according to client needs.
  • Cleanse, map, validate, and support the migration of HR data from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Build effective relationships with system integration specialists, ensuring alignment with their activities.
  • Own and develop key system processes, working with SMEs and SIs to define business rules.
  • Support system configuration, data testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Monitor ongoing data & process quality and integrity across core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Smart Recruiters, Performance and Compensation).
  • Support HR and business teams in capturing “as-is” vs. “to-be” processes to redesign and document processes aligned to the new ways of working.
  • Provide insight into how data structures align to HR processes and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR).
  • Contribute to reporting design and analytics capability across the HR function.
  • Deep and specialist knowledge in SAP, SuccessFactors.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as an extension of their HR and business team, and as a trusted advisor on data matters.
  • Design and facilitate engaging workshops and feedback loops to support the end-to-end data management approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
