📢 Exciting Career Opportunity | HR/OD Business Partner Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about organisational development, workforce transformation and delivering excellent people outcomes? We are looking for an HR/OD Business Partner (Grade 10, £47,181 - £50,269) to join our team on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Social Services, Housing and Public Protection Directorate, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic workforce priorities and driving positive organisational change.
- Lead organisational development and transformation initiatives
- Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders and managers
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent management
- Develop leadership and management capability
- Use workforce data and evidence-based approaches to deliver improvement

The ideal candidate will have significant HR Business Partner experience, strong organisational development expertise, and a relevant qualification such as CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
