Part-Time H&S/HR Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, methodical and proactive H&S / HR Coordinator to support the business with health & safety, HR administration and general office coordination.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys being organised, keeping paperwork and processes in order, and ensuring the business remains compliant and well managed.
The successful candidate will work closely with an external H&S/HR provider, helping to implement and maintain the required processes and documentation internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain Health & Safety documentation and processes.
- Assist with the implementation of recommendations from external H&S/HR consultants.
- Complete and maintain risk assessments and associated paperwork.
- Ensure H&S records and documentation are kept accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate First Aid training and other relevant staff training.
- Support with general HR administration and employee records.
- Maintain organised and accurate personnel files and documentation.
- Assist with office administration and general office management duties.
- Ensure important policies, procedures and compliance paperwork are properly organised.
- Liaise with external H&S/HR providers as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider business.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Confident managing paperwork, records and processes.
- Strong administratively, with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Practical and proactive in their approach.
- Confident communicating with staff, management and external providers.
- Ideally experienced in Health & Safety, HR administration, office management or a similar coordination role.
- Familiar with risk assessments and workplace compliance.
- Ideally experienced in coordinating First Aid or other workplace training.
