Help keep health, safety and environmental operations running smoothly.
Role Overview
Join Sofina Foods on a 6-month fixed-term contract and play an important role in supporting our Group Health, Safety and Environment function.
As an HSE Administrator, you'll provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Group Health & Safety Manager and Group Environment Manager, helping to maintain accurate records, manage key systems and reports, and support governance activities across our European business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
- Manage health, safety and environmental data and reporting across Sofina Europe.
- Maintain document control across SharePoint, Teams and HSE management systems.
- Support the consistency and accuracy of HSE standards, processes and records.
- Coordinate diaries and meeting schedules for key HSE leaders.
- Organise site H&S Governance meetings across the business.
- Update and maintain RIDDOR and HIPO tracking systems.
- Record meeting minutes, monitor actions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Produce monthly HSE dashboards and period-end performance reports.
- Manage and maintain the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Provide administrative support for a range of HSE projects and initiatives.

Ideal Candidate
- An experienced administrator with a track record of working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable managing and analysing data while maintaining accurate records.
- An effective communicator who can build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Proactive in managing workload and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting wider business objectives.
