Wood is recruiting a Safety Coach for Adura Penguins on a core basis. This role mobilizes from Aberdeen on a 2*3 rotation.
This will include:
- Providing Offshore Safety Coaching during turnaround periods
- The Safety Coach is expected to provide support, advice, and coaching to TAR Leaders, Supervision, and the Workforce, enabling leaders to discharge legal obligations and to meet TAR HSSE Performance Objective and support the offshore TAR HSSE Advisors.
- This is a proactive role with a high degree of vigilant and engagement in HSSE performance monitoring and systems maintenance with continual improvement. Visibly demonstrate Safety and Environmental Leadership skills on-site, including carrying out satisfactory HS&E interventions.
- Reporting to HSE TAR lead.
