Are you passionate about creating safer, smarter workplaces where people, quality, and operational excellence thrive?

At DHL Supply Chain, we're looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking HSE & Quality Manager to join one of the most exciting contracts within our Manufacturing Logistics Business Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of two sites in Gloucester, playing a pivotal role in driving a positive safety culture, enhancing quality performance, and supporting operational excellence across our customer-focused environment.

As the HSE & Quality Manager, you will provide day-to-day Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) support across both sites, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing day-to-day Safety, Health, Environmental, and BCM assistance and advice to ensure both sites remain compliant with relevant statutory legislation.
  • Managing the sites' ETQ systems and supporting continuous improvement activities.
  • Assisting with the development, implementation, and communication of relevant SHE policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the delivery of annual Safety, Health, Environmental, and BCM objectives, measured through the performance management process.
  • Assisting the wider SHE function in delivering the DHL Supply Chain SHE business plan.
  • Coordinating and supporting SHE and BCM initiatives across both sites.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on SHE and quality performance data.
  • Building strong relationships with site leadership teams and customers to drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
