HSE & Facilities Site Lead

Ashby de la Zouch (Home of Hula Hoops, Space Raiders, Nik Naks and more) On-site

Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a HSE & Facilities Site Lead to join us at KP Snacks. As part of the Ashby site Leadership Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering our Health, Safety and Environmental strategy across one of our largest and most complex sites.

With more than 650 colleagues and 24/7 operations, this is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence culture, drive compliance, develop capability and help create a safer, stronger and more sustainable workplace.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

As HSE & Facilities Site Lead, you'll lead the development and delivery of the Ashby site's Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, ensuring legal compliance while creating a proactive and engaging safety culture.

You'll provide expert guidance on risk management, environmental compliance and continuous improvement, while embedding standards through the Intersnack Work System (IWS). As a member of the site Leadership Team, you'll partner closely with operational and functional leaders to influence decision-making, support major capital investment projects and deliver meaningful change across the site.

You'll also lead and develop a team of HSE Advisors and the Facilities Lead, creating a high-performing function that supports colleagues, drives innovation and delivers against site objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE leader who enjoys coaching others, influencing at all levels and making a visible difference in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
