The Role

We're looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our Beacon Site in Aldershot. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead our Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, helping create a safe, compliant and sustainable workplace while supporting business growth and continuous improvement.
As the site's HSE expert, you'll work closely with the Leadership Team to promote a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance and drive environmental excellence across the operation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the site's Health, Safety and Environmental strategy.
- Driving a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement and visible leadership.
- Ensuring compliance with UK HSE legislation and company standards.
- Managing risk assessments, investigations, audits and emergency preparedness.
- Delivering HSE training and supporting competency development.
- Leading environmental initiatives, sustainability projects and ISO 14001 activities.
- Monitoring HSE performance and presenting key metrics to site leadership.
What We're Looking For
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ISO and/or BRC standards
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Ability to influence, engage and inspire colleagues at all levels
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally as required
Desirable
- NEBOSH Diploma
- Qualified Auditor status
