You already know how to manage compliance. Are you ready to shape the entire HSE agenda?

If you have worked within a COMAH environment and want a role where your knowledge can influence how a manufacturing site operates, this could be the right next step.

You’ll join a food manufacturing business in Cambridge and take responsibility for its health, safety and environmental performance.

Rather than simply maintaining policies and completing audits, you’ll have the opportunity to improve standards, influence senior managers and build a culture where HSE is treated as part of everyday operations.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the site’s HSE activity and provide practical support to managers and employees across the operation.

Your focus will include:

  • Maintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation
  • Using your COMAH experience to strengthen process safety and major-hazard controls
  • Leading risk assessments, audits and incident investigations
  • Identifying root causes and making sure corrective actions are completed
  • Supporting emergency planning and response procedures
  • Working with managers to improve behaviours and reduce risk
  • Monitoring HSE performance and presenting clear improvement plans
  • Supporting regulatory visits and external audits

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
