Role Type: Permanent, Full time
Competitive Salary + Good Package + Growth and Progression + Autonomy

About Us

Join 2 Sisters Food Group, one of the UK's largest food manufacturers, with an annual turnover exceeding £3 billion and approximately 13,000 employees across multiple sites. We have a strong presence in poultry, chilled, and bakery food categories, including popular brands like Holland's pies. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to the British public and our retail and food service customers, including major retailers like Aldi, Asda, Co-op, KFC, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Morrison's, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Waitrose.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to join our team at our Gunstone's Bakery site, which is a long-standing and respected site, known for producing premium bakery products such as bread rolls and hot cross buns for high-profile retail partners including Marks & Spencer. This site is a high-performing, ROSPA Gold Award-winning operation with a Blue internal audit rating - the highest level achievable.

This is a site-based HSE leadership role, working closely with teams across production, engineering, quality, and technical. You'll support and guide teams while managing risk assessments, audits, investigations, and compliance documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
