HSEQ Administrator
TEXO Recruitment are actively recruiting for a HSEQ Administrator. This vacancy is a full-time, perm role offering an immediate start. Based in Aberdeen.
Responsible for promoting best practice across the TEXO to ensure all areas of health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems and policies are promoted, implemented, and adhered to. To support operational teams during project planning through to execution to ensure all projects are carried out with safety as a priority, by offering HSEQ advice and best practice.
Areas of Responsibility
- Support document formatting, revision, control, and upload to Centrik in line with company standards.
- Maintain document, record, and COSHH registers, including Sypol assessments.
- Assist with NCR and incident report close-outs, RAMS packs, tender submissions, and pre-qualification questionnaires.
- Coordinate meetings, HSEQ training, DSE assessments, and audit findings.
- Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ department.

Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Professional, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, telephone manner, and attention to detail.
Key Relationships
Clients, employees, managers, directors, suppliers, and external regulatory/auditing bodies.
