Role Description

The HSEQ Administrator is a part-time, fixed-term role to help us support one of our very busy projects within Dolgarrog, Conwy. This position will directly support the Site Manager with maintaining HSEQ and other site records, databases, and documentation in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements (PUWER, LOLER, RAMS, DABS, etc).   • Drafting and reviewing risk assessments and method statements for the site
  • Maintaining onsite records such as PUWER, LOLER, and COSHH Registers
  • Recording HSEQ KPIs for the project, and relaying this information to the client at meetings
  • Attend and present at weekly HSEQ meetings as organised by the client
  • Tracking any site incidents, accidents, and near misses, and drafting initial reports of these
  • Any other needs as required of the site

Working Hours and Pay

This role is part-time, only requiring 1-2 days a week. We offer competitive rates for hourly wage.

Qualifications and Skills (Essential)

  • Full UK Driving License
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • CSCS White Academic Card or suitable equivalent (e.g., Gold Card, Black Card, or Blue Card)
  • Strong administrative skills with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong IT Literacy and ability to use computer effectively
  • Experience supporting HSEQ functions, ideally within construction or a related industry
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with site, and to contribute to a positive safety culture
  • Relevant experience in construction administration or a similar role

Qualifications (Desirable)

  • NEBOSH Diploma
  • Any construction tickets (manual handling, working at height, IPAF, PASMA, etc)
