Company: Facilities Management Organisation – Hard Services
Role: Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor
Salary: £40,000-45,000 per annum + Car allowance £5,400 + package
Location: To be based North of England, clients are situated north of Staffordshire, across Yorkshire, up to Aberdeen.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (37.5 hrs per week)
A unique opportunity has arisen for a HSEQ Advisor to join an innovative facilities management company who are currently in a period of growth and expansion. To be a new addition and a key member of a supportive and knowledgeable HSEQ Department, supporting and adding value to a variety of high-end, blue-chip organisations, across multiple sites in the North of England. To work collaboratively and embed health and safety best practice across the business through championing the quality of service delivery to the organisation’s customers, both internal and external, using both a strategic and practical approach.

Projects will be focused across hard services, which can range from refurbishment, fit out, re-design, maintenance across clients in the Retail, Warehouse, Distribution, Hospitals, Large headquarters for blue chip organisations, Schools and multi-site leisure sectors.
- No two days are the same here and this would suit someone who likes to have exposure to a wide range of environments and different projects.

Essential background and qualifications:
- Working across multi-site organisations or supporting multiple clients across a regional area.
- Prior HSEQ and hard facilities management experience already would be very advantageous, or similar consultancy experience would also align.
- NEBOSH General Occupational Health & Safety Certificate or equivalent like, IOSH Level 3.
- Experience of CDM.
- Project Lead/ Management exposure.
