The Role: HSEQ Advisor As part of our Corporate Stewardship Team, you'll help drive Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) standards across our hazardous waste operations. Working closely with site teams and managers, you'll provide practical guidance, support compliance, promote a positive safety culture, and contribute to our ESG commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HSEQ advice and support to operational teams.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and site observations.
- Support risk assessments, safe systems of work, and operational procedures.
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety communications, and compliance initiatives.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Help maintain HSEQ documentation, records, and management systems.
- Promote continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture.
What We're Looking For
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- Experience in an HSEQ role within waste, manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
- Good knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO management systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

What We Offer
- 💰 £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (DoE) + private healthcare, pension, life assurance, and generous holiday allowance
