Here at ISS as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit an established HSEQ professional to join our HSEQ team where you will take ownership of the North Region, which encompasses multiple Hard and Soft FM contracts.
These contracts will vary from banking to government and as the Regional HSEQ Business Partner you will be the point of contact for stakeholders across all things HSEQ, necessitating you to have robust influencing skills and ability to work across various risk profiles.
While this is a 12 month FTC to cover a secondment given the volume of new business we are targeting and the existing clients we have, there may be scope of either an extension or going perm.

- Proactively lead the implementation of OneISS Way, embedding shared ownership within operational teams
- Deliver SafeChoice & SAFE@ISS training with intent, empowering all stakeholders to champion safe behaviours
- Take ownership of serious and high-potential incident management, ensuring thorough investigation and preventative action
- Drive audit & inspection programmes to support ISO certification and identify opportunities for improvement
- Deliver strategic HSEQ training to build operational competence and embed a proactive safety culture
- Continuously review and enhance OneISS Way processes, collaborating with peers to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Provide governance & timely interventions to reinforce compliance through performance metrics and proactive monitoring
- Lead the execution of HSEQ strategy and focus areas, responding swiftly to emerging risks and trends
- Actively coach and mentor operational teams to elevate HSEQ engagement and accountability
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all sites, fostering trust, collaboration, and alignment

We Need from You:
- Nebosh general as a minimum
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally HSEQ experience within Facilities/Estates
