Job Description

Are you a HSEQ professional with a NEBOSH qualification looking for a role that offers genuine flexibility, autonomy and work-life balance whilst still allowing you to play a key role within a growing and dynamic business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist AV and events company that delivers high-quality production solutions across London and the South East. Working with prestigious clients throughout the City of London, the business has built a reputation for delivering complex projects safely, professionally and to the highest standards.

Unlike many Health & Safety positions that are heavily site-based or involve constant travel, this role offers a flexible and hybrid working environment. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, split your time between home, the office and occasional site visits, and work closely with senior management to drive compliance and continuous improvement across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
