We are Hiring!
Circet UK are looking for a HSEQT to join our team in England.
This role can be based from our Slough or Stevenage offices and requires nationwide travel.
We are seeking an experienced and driven HSEQT Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Training standards across our operations. Reporting to the Head of HSEQT, this role will focus on ensuring full regulatory compliance while embedding a high-performance, safety-first culture across the business.
You'll be at the forefront of operational excellence, working closely with senior leadership and project teams to enhance performance, influence behaviours, and support the safe and efficient delivery of telecoms infrastructure nationwide.

Responsibilities of HSEQT:
- Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSEQT Management System aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
- Ensuring full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company HSEQT standards across multiple sites
- Conducting internal and external audits, maintaining certifications, and driving best practice
- Investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventative actions
- Monitoring HSEQT performance, analysing trends, and reporting to senior leadership
- Supporting operational teams with on-site HSEQT guidance and promoting a strong safety culture
- Developing and maintaining HSEQT procedures, documentation, and training programmes
- Setting and tracking HSEQT KPIs, objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior HSEQT role within telecoms, utilities, or civil engineering
- Experience managing HSEQT across a multi-site or regional operation
- Demonstrated success implementing and improving HSEQT systems and culture
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing capability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum GradIOSH membership with up-to-date CPD
- Full UK Driving Licence
