We're Hiring: HSEQW Manager
Are you an experienced HSEQW Manager with a passion for driving excellence in facilities management? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable professional to lead our Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Wellbeing strategy, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive safety culture across our operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading HSEQW initiatives across facilities management contracts
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Supporting operational teams with expert HSEQW guidance
- Delivering training and promoting continuous improvement
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions

What We're Looking For:
- ✔ Proven HSEQW experience within facilities management
- ✔ Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and ISO management systems
- ✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
- ✔ NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred
- ✔ A collaborative approach with a passion for continual improvement
