The Role
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You will support our HSQE function by ensuring documentation, records, and compliance information are accurate, well-maintained, and aligned with our Business Management System. You will contribute to wider safety, quality, and environmental activities across the business, supporting our commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with updating, formatting, and controlling Business Management System documents, processes, and procedures.
- Support internal Subject Matter Experts with the creation, formatting, and revision of documents held within the LV Logistics Global Management System.
- Maintain electronic HSQE records and files to ensure compliance with Quality Management requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of HSQE documentation and databases through competent use of software packages including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HSQE administrative processes and identify improvements to support efficiency.
- Support with the completion of Pre-qualification and Tendering documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Carry out reasonable management requests and ensure safety of yourself and others at all times.

About You
- Previous experience in HSQE support, administration, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly in writing and in person.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and electronic document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.

Full-time Permanent Salary: £28,000
