We are a reputable established business with a strong operational spread across the UK. We provide the full range of Facilities Management and M&E services including refurbishment and repair, planned maintenance, installation, energy conservation and project design.
The Role
The role of HSQE Advisor will include:
- Playing a key role in ensuring health, safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across the business
- Promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring legislative compliance, supporting with RAMS and investigating accidents and non-conformances
- Being out and about visiting our sites and engineers, carrying out audits and inspections across engineers, sites, projects and procedures
- Managing business accreditations and ISO systems, reviewing contractor documentation, producing HSQE reports and helping ensure compliance is maintained across the business

This is a stand alone role, supported by our management team. You will be required to manage your own workload and split your time between the office and site visits.
You will report into our Managing Director and be part of a small and relaxed team, many of whom have been with the business for many years.
What We Need From You?
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Knowledge of ISO standards and industry accreditations
- Experience in building services, construction or engineering preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full driving licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel

Essential Details
- Position: HSQE Advisor
- Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme (with travel to sites as required)
- Salary: £35-40k + excellent benefits package
Please note: Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
