Description
We’re looking for an organised and proactive HSQE Co-ordinator to support our Health, Safety, Quality and Environment function.
This is a varied role at the heart of the business. You’ll help maintain and improve our management systems, take ownership of document control and provide day-to-day administration for our incident management and wider HSQE systems.
You’ll work with colleagues across Seras, from frontline teams to managers, so you’ll need to be a confident communicator who is comfortable building relationships, coordinating activity and keeping important information accurate and up to date
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The role offers hybrid working, with a minimum of four days each week based in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the company’s Document Management System
- Providing frontline administration for the Incident Management System and other HSQE systems
- Coordinating HSQE communications across the business
- Supporting the organisation of the occupational health monitoring programme
- Producing and coordinating weekly and monthly reports
- Supporting audit data collection and analysis
- Tracking key performance indicators for the HSQE team
- Helping to introduce new HSQE procedures and processes
- Providing HSQE support to the main office
- Acting as a proactive and positive ambassador for HSQE across the business

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative, systems support or co-ordination role
- Strong IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and similar business systems
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels of the business
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage priorities and take ownership of tasks
Desirable
- An IOSH health and safety qualification
- Experience managing systems or document-control processes
- A working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Experience using incident-reporting software
