Role Description

We are a creative street marketing company with a network of billboard sites across the UK. Clients come to us for our street level posters as well as increasingly 3D creative activations on our sites, in our venues and on the street.

We are looking for an experienced HSQE Manager to lead all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental activities across the company. Operating within a fast-paced outdoor advertising environment, this role will be critical in ensuring full compliance with legal, policy and audit requirements while promoting a strong and positive safety culture.

The HSQE Manager will play a key role in supporting operational teams across all phases of delivery, from print and production through to warehouse operations and installation on street-level sites. The role will help to minimise risk, drive continuous improvement, and embed best practice throughout the business.

You will be based at our London Warehouse in NW10.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Lead and coordinate site safety meetings, audits, risk assessments, and operational safety initiatives.
  • Delivering inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.
  • Develop, maintain, and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
  • Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Oversee the inspection, maintenance and compliance of work equipment, including ladders and access equipment, ensuring all checks are carried out in line with legal requirements and company policy.

About you

  • Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role.
  • Experience working in the outdoor advertising industry is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • IOSH (minimum requirement).
  • NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification - or working towards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Strong organisation and influencing skills.

Benefits

  • Salary of circa £60k plus bonus scheme to share in company success.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional day off to celebrate your birthday (incrementally rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service).
  • Life Insurance and Group Income Protection with Canada Life.
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Flexible working hours - to help you achieve that all-important work-life balance.
  • A fully stocked kitchen for breakfast essentials - including cereals, toast and fruit.
  • Family is important to us, so we have a range of inclusive family-friendly policies in place, including enhanced leave to support you during those important times.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
