Make every drop of your potential count. Join our team!

At Anglian Water, we are delivering one of the most ambitious infrastructure programmes in our history. As part of our Reservoirs Programme, we are investing in vital water resources that will help secure water supplies for future generations while supporting population growth and protecting the environment.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to provide professional advice, support and assurance across our major reservoir projects, working closely with project teams, contractors, designers and partner organisations.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the implementation of our HS&W strategy, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, driving continual improvement, and helping to create a positive safety culture across one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Reservoirs Programme Health, Safety & Wellbeing Management System, aligned to ISO 45001 standards
  • Provide expert advice and assurance to project teams, contractors and partners across the Reservoirs Programme
  • Support Anglian Water's Client responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM)
  • Conduct audits, inspections and assurance activities to verify compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions
  • Promote and deliver behavioural safety initiatives that support our Safer Every Day culture
  • Build effective relationships with project teams, Principal Contractors and Principal Designers to drive consistent health and safety standards
  • Support contractor procurement activities, including tender assessments and health and safety evaluations
  • Monitor HS&W performance, maintain risk registers and provide reports to programme leadership teams
  • Share learning, best practice and lessons learned across the Reservoirs Programme and wider business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
