Firstly!! Am trying to leave a review on your website and I am unable to locate same. Anyways am not usually the type person to go around complaining. However I will be giving me honest feedback here on my experience.
I came across your Deli after using the Knutsford next door, upon entering I was greeted and acknowledged by Tiffany and claude. Of course it’s my first time so I had questions before I placed my order. Not sure who this (short Gentleman in a white SF logo shirt was ) but clearly he need to learn manners if he’s gonna be the face of the business..

While I tried to place my order he popped up out of nowhere asking Tiffany to give him a couple of fruit plates and even after he go them he was still there disrupting the processing of my order. Did not even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. Maybe I did not fit the look of someone with class so he continued on. He then handed back the fruit plate to the young lady cuz obviously whatever request he was trying to fulfill was not urgently needed at that time. Tiffany even said hold on let me take the lady order then get back to you. He was rude and I don’t care if he’s the owner or supervisor do better!!!
Overall my chicken wrap and chicken soup was ❤️DELICIOUS, the presentation,the packaging was on point.👏🏾👏🏾 After eating in my car I had to go back and tip and take names.. but short Gentleman please sir, not good for business.. Am sure he will know who wrote this review as I ensured he heard me spoke about his behavior, you never know who walks in your store. Treat everyone the same.
Thanks to the other folks who made my experience great. I will be Back!!! 🥳🥳. P.S. please refer me to a website I have photos of my food order I would love to post as am unable to to do so on instagram.
