As a Hub Enablement Worker, you will support adults in achieving their personal goals through group and one-on-one activities in our hub and the community. You will provide personal care with dignity, follow care plans, and contribute to ongoing reviews. This is a rewarding opportunity in adult social care!
As a Hub Enablement Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver engaging support activities.
- Provide personal care respectfully.
- Follow care plans and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Collaborate effectively with your team.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- Professional care qualification (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards the Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and the Care Certificate.
- Basic ICT skills and excellent communication abilities.
