Our Newark Community Hub is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hub Enablement Workers. Together, we can make a difference!
The 29.5 hr vacancy is over 5 days per week - Monday to Friday.
In This Rewarding Role, You Will
- Provide personal, physical, and emotional support while respecting individual dignity and needs.
- Assist individuals in accessing activities that promote wellbeing and social inclusion.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure high-quality support.
- Respond to health and safety needs, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Support individuals in one-to-one or group settings, both in community hubs and out in the community.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have
- A professional care qualification or a willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and the Care Certificate.
- Basic ICT skills to maintain records and communicate effectively.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a care setting, particularly with individuals with disabilities.
