Role Description

The Hub Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, responsible for coordinating daily operations within the local Zentrivas hub. This position oversees the flow of information and activities, ensuring that users and partners receive timely support, guidance, and updates about the platform’s services and features.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, including experience managing daily operational workflows and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic support to users and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Competence with office productivity tools and basic familiarity with digital platforms or SaaS products; comfort learning and explaining technology-focused services.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, including monitoring metrics, preparing concise reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater London full time, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and attention to detail in a hub environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, administration, or community-focused roles is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, operations management, or a related field is an asset, though equivalent experience is also valued.
