About the role
Based in our Security Hub in Daventry, this role plays a vital part in supporting our stores and helping to ensure a safe and secure environment at all times. Working within a passionate and collaborative team, you will review CCTV footage and data to identify and investigate suspicious activity across multiple stores. You’ll compile detailed case files and provide clear insights to support decision-making and incident resolution.
You will also be involved in the initial triage of incidents and security risks, working closely with stakeholders across the security function and wider business to ensure the appropriate response is delivered promptly and effectively.
This is a role for someone who is motivated to drive change, continuously develop, and deliver excellent results. You’ll bring strong communication skills, building trust through honest and open conversations, while listening and influencing effectively.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.

You will be responsible
- Collaborating with dedicated and cross-functional teams, as well as external partners, acting as a trusted expert within your area.
- Communicating objectives, deliverables and actions clearly and effectively, tailoring your approach to suit different audiences.
- Planning and prioritising your own workload, using data and insight to inform decisions.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Developing realistic, well-structured plans and delivering against them successfully.
- Maintaining a disciplined and organised approach, while showing leadership qualities to positively influence those around you.
- Building effective relationships with external suppliers to support process improvements and training delivery.
- Identifying key risks across stores and creating clear, comprehensive case files to support investigations.
- Analysing reports to understand and highlight emerging risks and trends.
- Requesting and gathering additional data where required to strengthen evidence in complex cases.
- Engaging with stores and Group Shrinkage & Security Managers to gain insight and context for investigations.
- Managing your workload effectively to meet all deadlines and service expectations.
- Handling all data in a confidential and secure manner, always adhering to Information Security policies.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality when managing sensitive information and case files.
You will need
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working in a retail, store, or security environment.
- Experience in data analysis, data manipulation, or CCTV review (desirable, not essential).
