With 12,000 colleagues, 30,000 couriers and drivers, 8,000 vehicles, and a nationwide network of hubs, depots and fulfilment centres, we combine over 50 years of expertise with the scale and flexibility to support everyone from casual senders to SMEs and major retailers. Driven by our friendly, ambitious and diverse people, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and offer exciting opportunities across the Evri Group.

At Evri, we're all about people, performance and making every parcel count.

This is a key role within our Control Room team, supporting the smooth running of inbound and outbound operations while helping to ensure parcels move efficiently through our network.

Working closely with the Hub, Systems & Yard Controller, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring operational performance, managing system functionality, supporting colleagues, and ensuring our service standards remain industry leading.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with data and systems, and have a passion for operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
