Coventry | £50,000 + Benefits | AM Shift | Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Hub Transport Operations Manager to join our Evri Premium operation in Coventry. This is a key leadership role within our transport operation, with responsibility for supporting the delivery of a safe, legally compliant and cost-efficient service while driving strong operational performance.
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll lead and develop Shift Managers and their teams, using data and operational insight to drive performance across service, cost, compliance and efficiency.

The role will include:
- Leading and developing high-performing transport teams.
- Supporting transport planning, performance and client service levels.
- Driving compliance across transport legislation and Operator Licence requirements.
- Using operational data to identify trends, root cause missed KPIs and deliver improvement plans.
- Managing operational costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Supporting resource and transport planning for Peak and changing forecasted volumes.
- Driving consistent standards across Health & Safety, compliance and operational performance.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

We’re looking for someone with strong transport operational experience, proven people leadership skills and the ability to use data to influence and improve performance.
A CPC qualification is essential, alongside a strong understanding of transport processes and compliance.
