Job Description:

We are looking for a Graduate HubSpot & AI Implementation Executive for a full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, with flexibility for remote work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent business or marketing graduate to launch their career at the intersection of CRM, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. No prior HubSpot experience is required, full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided as you develop into a confident, capable implementation specialist.

You will work alongside experienced consultants supporting end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects, helping to understand client business needs and contribute to the design of tailored CRM and AI-driven solutions. Over time, you will build the skills to support client discovery and scoping sessions, helping to identify business challenges, technical requirements, and opportunities for automation and AI adoption.

You will gain experience turning workshop outcomes into clear, structured documentation, including implementation plans, process maps, portal audits, and technical specifications within client HubSpot environments. As your knowledge grows, you'll have the opportunity to support the delivery of HubSpot training sessions to clients of varying technical skill levels, developing your presentation and communication skills along the way.

The role also offers exposure to Nexa's growing focus on AI implementation and innovation through Nexa AI Labs. You will be encouraged to build your understanding of emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and AI-powered workflows, and will be supported in developing the confidence to discuss these with clients as your experience grows.

This is a structured graduate opportunity with a clear development path, you will be supported by senior team members, receive hands-on training across the HubSpot ecosystem, and be given increasing responsibility as your skills and confidence build.

Role & Responsibility:

  • Supporting the team on HubSpot implementation and onboarding projects, from discovery through to delivery and training
  • Assisting with client workshops and meetings, helping to gather and document requirements
  • Producing clear documentation such as process maps, user guides, and implementation notes
  • Learning HubSpot configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and data management under guidance from senior consultants
  • Building an understanding of AI tools and automation, and how they apply to client CRM ecosystems
  • Helping to prepare and, in time, deliver training materials and sessions for clients
  • Providing day-to-day support to clients, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues across the business

About You:

We're not expecting you to have prior HubSpot or CRM experience, we're looking for the right attitude, aptitude, and foundational skills. You are likely to be a strong fit if you have:

  • A recent degree (or be about to graduate) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach to your work
  • A genuine interest in technology, software platforms, and emerging AI tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload and priorities
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and a logical approach to tackling new challenges
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Comfort with numbers, data, and process-driven ways of working
  • A professional, client-first attitude and enthusiasm for building long-term relationships

Nice to Haves:

  • Any exposure to CRM systems, marketing platforms, or digital tools through coursework, placements, or personal projects
  • Experience with presentations, group projects, or client-facing work during your studies
  • An interest in AI, automation, or emerging technology trends

Salary & Location:

Our offices are located in central Birmingham, you will be expected to be in the office at least two days per week (Tuesday & Thursday)

Salary £22 - £26k depending on experience
