About the Role
Steadman Hub are supporting a HubSpot partner who are looking to hire a HubSpot BDR to join their growing commercial team. They're a major name, known for HubSpot implementations and services to a varied portfolio of clients, and they're looking for a driven BDR to help generate new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline.
As HubSpot BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. You'll work closely with marketing and sales to ensure a flow of qualified opportunities, using HubSpot to manage and track your outreach and pipeline activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound calling, email, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong fit before handover
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot
- Manage and track outreach activity, pipeline, and follow-ups within HubSpot CRM

Experience and Qualifications
- Previous BDR/SDR experience, ideally gained within a HubSpot partner or agency environment. This is open to people from a SaaS background too.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM for outreach and pipeline management
- Confident on the phone, comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting
