About the Role
Steadman Hub have partnered with a major player in the global HubSpot partner ecosystem. They specialise in leading HubSpot projects ranging from greenfield implementations, to legacy system migrations, to ongoing marketing retainer projects that blend overarching marketing strategy and hands-on campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HubSpot projects end-to-end, across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Partake in discovery sessions where you identify client pain points and wider business requirements
- Lead technical configuration, building workflows, marketing automations, custom properties, pipelines, and lead models
- Train client teams on HubSpot best practise, ensuring there is understanding and buy-in on the product

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience within a HubSpot agency is preferable, but if in-house you need to have worked across a number of internal HubSpot implementations leading each phase yourself
- Strong technical knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects at once, delivering at a high level
