Hubspot CRM & Demand Generation Manager

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Speedy Freight- UK

Reporting To: Jason McAuley

Compensation: £45,000 - £50,000 / year

Description

Hybrid | Knutsford with occasional UK travel | Up to £50,000 DOE

Build the commercial engine behind one of the UK's fastest-growing logistics brands.

At Speedy Freight, we're transforming the way we win and grow business—and HubSpot sits at the centre of that journey.

We're looking for a hands-on HubSpot CRM & Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of our CRM platform, helping us generate more leads, improve customer journeys and give our Sales and Marketing teams the tools and insights they need to succeed.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished product and simply keep the lights on. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and making things happen. You'll have the freedom to shape how HubSpot evolves across the business while delivering real commercial results.

What you'll be doing...

You'll become the go-to person for HubSpot, working closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and Network Support to unlock its full potential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
