About the Role
Steadman Hub have partnered exclusively with a major manufacturing organisation, who specialise in b2b solutions across a variety of sectors. They have been a HubSpot client for a while now, and utilise the full HubSpot suite.
They are now looking to add a HubSpot CRM Manager into the fold who can take complete ownership of their HubSpot instance across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs. You will be the sole contributor to CRM upgrades - from workflows, to technical build, as well as business facing responsibilities. You'll train teams on HubSpot best practise, as well as gathering requirements for continual system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HubSpot across the full suite, supporting wider business teams boost productivity through their tech stack
- Lead on technical improvements, from integrations to native HubSpot workflows and custom properties
- Liaise with internal teams on CRM needs and pain points to effectively roadmap improvements
- Train sales, marketing, and CS teams on HubSpot best practise, ensuring the system is maintained business wide

Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience owning HubSpot is vital here, with experience spanning at least sales, marketing, and service hubs
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to train and gather business requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or consulting environment is especially beneficial here
- Confident integrating HubSpot into wider martech and AI tools
