About the Role
Steadman Hub is working with a major financial services organisation based in Leeds. This company has seen significant growth in its marketing team over the past 18 months. They have been a HubSpot customer since its inception and have recently ended their retained relationship with their implementation partner.
They are looking to hire a HubSpot CRM Manager to take ownership of all HubSpot activity within the business. You will manage their enterprise portal across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data Hubs. This role requires you to be in their Leeds office three times a week. It is both a hands-on technical role and a business-facing, adoption, and training-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot across the full suite, implementing solutions across multiple business teams
- Build, scale, and automate business processes through HubSpot - configuring pipelines, workflows, and sequences
- Integrate HubSpot into 3rd party business systems - both natively and utilizing middleware & APIs where needed
- Train business teams on HubSpot best practice, driving adoption across the business

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior FinServ or fintech experience is needed, with full security clearance
- Extensive experience owning HubSpot across multiple businesses, with the portals being complex and deeply integrated
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Understanding of technical solutions when integrating HubSpot - i.e. middleware and APIs
