HubSpot and Marketing Specialist
Steadman Hub are working with a Leeds based business on their ongoing need for a HubSpot and Marketing Specialist to join the team. They specialise in B2B solutions spanning a variety of different software challenges. They have been a HubSpot customer for some time now and are keen to expand their expertise internally on this one.
You will own everything inside their HubSpot portal from the hands-on automation and workflow configuration, to the training and adoption initiatives internally. You will also support the wider demand gen and marketing efforts through effective segmentation, targeted marketing automation, and wider campaign support. This is a hybrid role 3x/week in the Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities
- Own their HubSpot portal - managing sales hub, marketing hub, and core CRM
- Drive HubSpot adoption internally, ensuring system best practise
- Build workflows and automations that actually support marketing activity
- Support on campaigns, owning the system and defining segmentations to ensure maximal MQL output

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience managing HubSpot is needed here - mainly across sales and marketing hubs
- Strong understanding of demand orientated marketing principles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills when pushing adoption
- Strong understanding on omni-channel marketing efforts
