HubSpot CRM Specialist - Project-Based Role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist based in United Kingdom.

This project-based role is ideal for a HubSpot specialist who combines technical execution with strong CRM and digital experience.

You will lead the migration of an existing SaaS marketing website into HubSpot CMS, ensuring a seamless and scalable transition. The role also covers SEO, UX/UI, CRM configuration, automation, and integration across multiple HubSpot Hubs. A key priority will be migrating customer support operations from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub Pro.

You will work across website architecture, ticketing workflows, knowledge bases, live chat, and data flows. The position offers the opportunity to influence platform strategy while delivering hands-on improvements in a fast-moving environment.

The initial project is expected to take 2–4 weeks, with potential for continued collaboration based on performance and future needs.

Accountabilities

  • Lead the migration of an approximately 15-page marketing website to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean implementation, responsive design, strong performance, and a scalable structure.
  • Rebuild website architecture, content, forms, and related functionality within HubSpot while identifying opportunities to improve the overall UX/UI.
  • Implement SEO best practices throughout the migration, including URL mapping and 301 redirects, meta tags, alt text, structured data, content formatting, keyword preservation, sitemap submission, and robots.txt configuration.
  • Configure SEO tools and integrations within HubSpot, including Google Search Console, analytics, and available SEO recommendations, while monitoring post-migration performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot capabilities across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs in alignment with business requirements and operational goals.
  • Lead the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub Pro, including ticket pipelines, workflows and automation, knowledge base configuration, live chat, and related support processes.
  • Integrate CRM functionality and automation to ensure reliable data flows, efficient workflows, and a user-friendly experience across the platform.
  • Provide strategic recommendations, technical documentation, and best-practice guidance to establish a maintainable and scalable HubSpot environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
