About the Role
Steadman Hub are working alongside a global HubSpot Partner that helps businesses get more from their HubSpot investment. From CRM implementation and onboarding through to optimisation, automation and ongoing support, they work closely with clients to improve their sales, marketing and customer service processes.
They’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of HubSpot customers and build long-term, trusted relationships with them. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximise the value of HubSpot, identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and coordinate closely with internal strategy and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of HubSpot clients, acting as their main point of contact and advisor
- Run regular account reviews, understand customer goals and drive adoption and ROI
- Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services and ongoing retained support
- Work closely with HubSpot Consultants and delivery teams to ensure maximal customer satisfaction
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Consulting or a similar customer-facing role - ideally from a HubSpot partner
- Strong experience using HubSpot, ideally across CRM, Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware, highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
