As a specialist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Marketing, WeDoCRM supports companies of all sizes to drive ROI from their customer database. Our agency is growing up quickly as more and more companies partner with us to deliver powerful CRM operations.

About the role:

This is a brand-new hire for our agency as we look to build upon our success and grow the agency in 2026 as we support more HubSpot implementations. As one of our HubSpot Developers/Specialists, you'll play a key role in implementing and optimising HubSpot for our clients, ensuring they get can utilise it to its maximum capabilities and efficiencies.

What to expect day-to-day:

  • Work alongside our Senior Project Manager and Technical Lead to implement HubSpot on behalf of our clients, following methodical implementation plans, but not being afraid to advise on changes if you feel there's a better way of doing something
  • Handle technical requirements for the system, building and configuring it from the ground-up
  • Act as a go-to specialist for our clients, answering any queries they may have and showcasing your expertise
  • Problem solve issues and identify the right solutions if and when they may occur
  • Provide training and ensure healthy user adoption rates for the technology and new processes

Experience and skills required (important):

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience developing and implementing CRM systems, including HubSpot
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail
  • Technical understanding of systems and data architecture
  • Familiarity with wider Martech stacks and their integrations into a CRM

Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):

  • Experience working across multiple international territories
  • Previous experience working within an agency

Our ideal candidate is someone who is very confident on the technical and systems architecture side of HubSpot. We are looking for someone who can advise clients on builds, optimisation and strategy best practice. You need to be confident managing client expectation and work well with wider client teams and stakeholders.

Salary

Up to £40,000 per annum, pro-rata.

Place of work:

This position is fully remote from anywhere in the UK and offers flexi-working options. Must be fluent in English, live within the UK and have the right to work unrestricted in the UK. Given most of our agency employees are based in London, willingness to travel to the capital every now and then for socials would be greatly appreciated, as well as willingness to travel throughout the UK for events.
