Steadman Hub are working alongside a growing HubSpot partner who specialise in complex digital transformation projects, spanning several industries and typically specialising in the mid-market space. They are seeing growth in technical projects, involving deep integrations and complex data migrations and are now looking to grow their team.
They are on the lookout for a HubSpot Integration Engineer to step into the business to architect, design, and build complex solutions across a number of their clients. You will lead technical discovery, identifying current business systems and how they interact, design solutions and integrations that will improve their HubSpot and wider tech stack, and then train client teams on how to best manage those integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect HubSpot solutions and integrations across the full HubSpot suite
- Map integrations and data flows between systems, identifying how they communicate and improving that flow
- Build technical solutions, from native HubSpot functionality to API & middleware based solutions
- Train client teams on HubSpot best practise and technical implementation, translating technical language into digestible information

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a HubSpot partner agency is needed
- Deep technical understanding of HubSpot, APIs, Webhooks, and wider tech solutions
- Strong stakeholder skills, capable of challenging clients and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Wider engineering background and experience managing how systems interact
