Job Description
Steadman Hub are working alongside a global HubSpot partner who specialise in complex HubSpot projects - from deep integrations and migrations, to multi-layered integration projects. They have an established team across the UK, Europe, and South Africa and are now looking to grow their technical team.
As an Integrations Lead, you will be responsible for mapping out integration architecture - leading technical discovery to understand not only how HubSpot and wider tech solutions can revolutionise client portals, but where their pain points are. Your role is to translate a technical solution, into concise English so non-technical clients are onboard with the project. This is also a hands-on role, so you will also be configuring solutions across the HubSpot suite as well as utilising tools to extend the system.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
