HubSpot Manager

Manchester | Hybrid
£45,000–£50,000 DOE + Bonus
Full-time | Permanent

ALF Recruit is working with a growing technology business in Manchester looking for a HubSpot Manager to strengthen its commercial reporting and support its continued growth. You’ll take ownership of HubSpot reporting, workflows and automations, helping sales, marketing and customer success teams work from accurate, consistent data. You’ll also provide senior leaders with clear insight into performance, from marketing activity and sales pipeline through to customer retention and renewals.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to build processes, improve reporting and shape how the business uses its data. It’s ideal for a confident HubSpot user who enjoys solving problems, automating manual tasks and turning numbers into useful commercial insight.

The Role

  • Taking ownership of HubSpot reports, dashboards, workflows and automations
  • Building reporting across marketing activity, sales pipeline, customer renewals, churn and capacity planning
  • Establishing consistent definitions and reporting processes across sales, marketing, account management and customer success
  • Creating automated checks to improve data quality and prevent recurring errors
  • Investigating reporting discrepancies and resolving the underlying causes
  • Building and maintaining forecasting models to support commercial planning
  • Producing accurate, clear reporting for senior leaders and the board
  • Working closely with commercial teams to turn data into actionable insight
  • Connecting reporting across commercial, finance and product teams to provide a consistent view of business performance
  • Using AI tools regularly to support analysis, improve processes and reduce manual work

Profile

  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations or a commercial or business analyst role
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, with the ability to build reports, dashboards, workflows and automations independently
  • Experience working with pipeline and revenue data and producing reporting that supports business decisions
  • Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills, with SQL or business intelligence experience an advantage
  • Practical experience using AI tools within your day-to-day work, with examples of how they have improved your processes
  • The ability to investigate data issues and implement lasting improvements
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to explain findings and challenge inaccurate figures constructively
  • A proactive approach and the ability to turn broad business questions into clear, useful analysis
  • Good organisation and the ability to prioritise work based on commercial impact
  • B2B SaaS experience would be strongly preferred
