About the Role
Steadman Hub are currently working alongside a huge name in the recreation and leisure sector who specialise in offering bespoke well-being services to UHNW individuals. They have been a keen client of HubSpot for quite some time now, and having spent a number of years with their implementation partner, they now are looking to bring that expertise in house.
They are seeking a HubSpot Product Owner to take complete management of their HubSpot portal across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. It acts as their single source of truth and they are now need someone who is not only technically strong when building and maintaining HubSpot (i.e. workflows, custom properties, pipelines, etc). You will also be responsible for all gathering future business requirements around HubSpot and then leading their training and adoption initiatives internally.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer HubSpot across the business, from sequences on Sales Hub, to email automations on Marketing Hub.
- Manage system integrations, ensuring data flow between HubSpot and their wider tech stack.
- Lead on all training, ensuring HubSpot best practice is adopted org-wide.
- Handle all ongoing improvements, running continuous feedback loops on how HubSpot can be improved.

Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience with HubSpot is vital - whether as a CRM Manager or a CRM consultant within an agency setting.
- Technically proficient within HubSpot, as well as understanding how it communicates with other business systems.
- Capable communicator when gathering requirements and leading training sessions.
- Extensive experience dealing with B2C and B2B businesses.
